The base was brown rice, topped with steamed green pepper, carrots, mushrooms, and tomato. Plus cashews, pea sprouts, and green onion. Then drizzled a sauce which is 1/4 cup of Naked soy sauce substitute, 1/2 cup water, 1 TBSP maple syrup, one clove of fresh garlic and a TSP ginger powder. Enjoy! - Green Farm NL Cilantro sprouts - Green Farm NL Parsley - 4 big cloves of garlic - Crushed 1/2c EVOO - 2-4 tbsp white or red wine vinegar - Squeeze of lemon juice - Oregano (Three-ish stalks) - Pinch of salt - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) Makes about 1.5 cups.
