Avocado and Grapefruit Salad with Radish Microgreens

This variety comes in colors that include green pinkish-red and vivid purple.

Microgreen Taste Aroma Flavor Intensity

Radish Sweet - - Strong

I use radish as a color enhancer and garnish.

This is one of the easiest microgreens to grow. The darker-colored types are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
